Haven Hair ("Haven", "we") helps people in Los Angeles plan hair transplant procedures performed by independent licensed surgeons in Mexico. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Only the people directly involved in your care: your Haven coordinator, Dr. Sarah Kim (LA medical lead), and your surgeon, Dr. Alejandro Ruiz Medina, and his clinical team. Photos are never used in marketing or on this website without your separate written consent.
We share information only with the doctors and clinic providing your care, and with service providers that help us run Haven (for example secure messaging and scheduling tools), under contracts that require them to protect it. We never sell your personal information.
If you don't go ahead, we delete your photos and health information within 12 months of your last contact, or sooner if you ask. If you have a procedure, medical records are kept as required by law.
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and to limit how we use sensitive information. Email privacy@havenhair.co and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Photos and health information are sent through encrypted links and stored with access limited to your care team.
